Windows 10: Computer Randomly freezes and logs me out of stuff

My computer sometimes glitches out and freezes. The most notable ones are Spotify, just incapable of playing music, Minecraft bedrock edition freezing like I'm having a lag spike in game but its permanent, when i alt tab it cycles trough my tabs instead of just instantly going to the previous tab, and clicking on anything like a task-bar program doesn't work. The only way to fix this I've found is to hold down the power button and restart my pc, then when I'm back into my computer I have to log into a lot of downloaded applications again not websites like Spotify app Minecraft app forces me

I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
