Windows 10: Computer randomly gets high contrast and restarts while gaming

Hi, I got a new computer about a year ago now with a GeForce RTX 3060 driver. I don’t know all that much about computers and I’m sorry if I can’t explain very well. For the past year, while trying to play games, my display screens will randomly get an extremely high contrast for about 5 seconds before restarting. This is obviously very frustrating for me and I’ve tried asking my friends who know much more than me and they are saying it is a driver problem but they don’t quite know exactly what it is. Kindly try these steps to check if it can resolve the issue.

Way 1: Turn High Contrast off via keyboard shortcut.

Press left Shift+left Alt+Print Screen to instantly turn it off.

Way 2: Turn off High Contrast through changing the theme.

Step 1: Enter theme in the search box and click Change the theme in the result.

Step 2: Choose a new theme from the offered themes excluding the High Contrast themes.

Way 3: Turn High Contrast off in High contrast settings.

Step 1: Type high contrast in the search box and tap High contrast settings in the result.

Step 2: Click the High Contrast theme (i.e. High Contrast #1, High Contrast #2, High Contrast Black or High Contrast White), choose None in the pop-up list and then hit Apply.

My high contrast settings will not turn off. I reset the theme without high contrast and if my computer sleeps or restarts it reverts back to high contrast.

• Type "high contrast settings" in the search box, and then select High contrast settings from the list of results.
• Under Choose a theme, select a high contrast theme from the drop-down menu, and then select Apply.
• To turn off high contrast mode, select None from the drop-down menu, and then select Apply.
• To turn high contrast mode on or off from the sign-in screen, select the Ease of Access button in the lower-right corner and choose High Contrast.
• To turn high contrast on or off from the keyboard, press left Alt + left Shift + Print
  Screen.
