Windows 10: Computer randomly hangs with no BSOD or dump file created

I've been having an issue with my computer for a few months now where it will randomly hang but the mouse can still move and certain things continue. For example, I'm watching a twitch stream and the video will freeze with the loading circle but chat will continue. If I try to type in chat, it won't work. Another thing is, most of the time, I can right click the task bar and bring up task manager. When I bring up the right click menu, it's transparent and what ever option I choose stays after the menu closes. Task manager doesn't show anything. GPU is 100% but nothing shows as being used

BSOD WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR no dump file - hangs at 0%

I had the most recent version of the Realtek driver that was listed on the Lenovo product page for this laptop. I was able to reinstall it (uninstall from Device Manager, reboot, install from fresh download). Windows Update also showed a newer firmware/BIOS version and two new Intel drivers, so I updated those as well. I re-ran the PCI express diagnostic test and it now passes, so it appears it may have simply been a driver issue. We'll see if the problem re-occurs.

I also added added a registry key so Windows will show the crash parameters if it BSODs again - that way, if it hangs before creating the dump file, I'll get at least some information. And I changed the settings to create minidump files instead of automatic dump files in the future.

Any other steps I should take at this time?

For $100, I can reinstate my warranty and extend it for two years, effective 30 days from signing up. Worth it?

 

BSODs with no dump file created

I get a UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION bsod whenever I'm playing Apex Legends or while using Origin launcher.The the main issue I'm facing is that there are not dump files created after this bsod.I have setup my dump config according to this thread:Intermittent BSODs with no dump file created
I also tested it using a manual crash in Who Crashed and the dump was successfully created for this crash but it doesnt work for UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION. Please help

Getting BSOD without dump file being created.

For some time now (about 6 months) I am getting blue screens of death randomly. Some days I don't, other days I get two BSOD's quickly after one another. The blue screen error shown is 'CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED'
but the collecting of error information is stuck at 0%. When I start Windows again, I see an event in the Event log saying: 'Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation.'. With nothing more. And there are indeed no dump files created. My settings
are set to create minidumps.

• I already did a clean install of windows (files and programs removed as well) and this has not resolved the problem.
  
• I updates the BIOS and my driver software to no avail.
• I have no disk cleaner software (like CCleaner) installed

Version: Windows 10 pro 1909 (OS Build 18363.1139)

I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050

I am out of ideas and starting to get hopeless because I still haven't found the solution to my problem. Any help is greatly appreciated. I will try to provide all the information you need.
