Windows 10: computer randomly returns to previous page, than stops me from being able to click on anything.

Discus and support computer randomly returns to previous page, than stops me from being able to click on anything. in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; control alt delete fixes it for a couple minutes, besides this i cant find any fix, by trial and error or online.     control alt delete fixes it for a couple minutes, besides this i cant find any fix, by trial and error or online. I have had to retype this message three times because it is randomly sending me back. Ive listed this under drivers because that is the only thing i could think of it being.

    My page returns to the previous page on its own

    My page returns to the previous page on its own, how do I stop it? It usually happens online-I'll be doing something and it just rolls back to the previous page w/o warning. I've got a Windows 10 laptop.

    Stop Scroll Returning to the Top of List

    With Windows 10, inside a lot of applications, when scrolling down through a folder or search list, the screen will return to the top of the list. Try to scroll down again, and randomly it will return to the top of the list. You loose the section you are
    scrolling through.

    I need to get it to stop doing that,
