so like the title says my pc closes in less than an hour with the error clock_watchdog_timeoutso according to the dump file caused driver : ntoskrnl.execaused by adress: ntoskrnl.exe+3fe720any help would be appriciated

I am consistently getting crashes on a PC that is not doing much. It has a fresh install of windows 10 and on the needed software on it to do what I need yet it is still crashing and I cannot figure out why. This is what I am seeing in the event viewer:
