    Computer rebooting randomly - EnhancedStorage-EhStorTcgDrv


    Hi, i've been having this issue lately where my computer reboots without any known indications of a problem.

    I checked the event logs and i found that before the critical error of KernelPower there is always the following error : EnhancedStorage-EhStorTcgDrv.
    For what i've read is something regarding the SSD but i can´t find a solution. the drive works fine, the system is in it and none of the info has been lost


    I would appreciate some help.

    Updated the firmware for the m.2 ssd, re-installed amd chipset drivers.

    Found this recently as well but no luck either.

    - Modify registry entry to increase GPU processing time

    My PC getsrandom freezes. It's started after my clean install (Windows 10).

    Right before freeze I noticed it in my event log:

    A TCG Command has returned an error.

    Desc: AuthenticateSession

    Param1: 0x1

    Param4: 0x0

    Status: 0x12

    followed by:

    I'm using bitlocker with password auth. Since my SSD (curcial m550) supports SED my bitlocker is using eDrive.

    My problem is very similar to:

    but on Windows 8.1 I didn't have any issues. It's started after moving to Windows 10.

    How can I solve my problem?
