Windows 10: Computer reboots when accessing on internet

My PC reboots when I start opening browser and online games, even though I uses WLAN dongle it still reboots. No BSOD or some warning, just turned off all the fan and power supply and automatically opens. After some testing, I noticed that when I'm in windows safe mode with networking it don't reboots anymore, so I think it's driver or service issue. So I tried updating windows and drivers, also reinstalling windows, I also tried virus scanning. Please help me, thank you in advance

W10 can connect to wider internet but cannot access web pages

I have an odd issue with my W10 laptop linked to Sky broadband in the UK via wifi using a Sky router. The effect is that while I can actually access the internet (I can send and receive emails using Outlook and can connect to other machines using TeamViewer) I cannot access any web site (Google, BBC etc). There is no specific error message, merely that the access request timed out and a suggestion that it may be to do with proxy. I have tried the following:

1. Other systems (W10 and ios) can access web sites using the same Sky router (therefore probably not a router problem)
2. I have sent and received emails using Outlook, so the broadband connection is working (probably not a Sky problem)
3. I have tried two different browsers (Firefox and Edge), no connection (not a browser problem)
4. I am using Windows Defender and have:
   1. Made sure that Firefox is in the list of allowed systems in its Firewall, no connection after a reboot
   2. Turned off the Firewall and tried again - no connection

My next step will be to re-install Windows, but has anyone got any other suggestions? Could it be some sort of virus (I have carried out a complete virus check using Defender) So - any suggestions?

 

One computer cannot access other network computers.


So I've tried every troubleshooting step I know:

• Double checked that Net Bios was enabled
• Ran a bunch of network commands:
  • flushed DNS
  • registered dns
  • pinged and located the named computers successfully
• Reset my router to factory settings

Nothing works when I try to access via explorer. I'm still baffled by the fact that every other computer can access each other AND access this computer. It's just the outgoing connection from this machine that doesn't work.

Any thoughts?

Steps to connect your device and computer:

To create an internet connection for the first time, do the following:

• Use latest available
  Nokia Suite.
• In the Nokia Suite Home view, click Tools -> Options -> Connect to Internet
  

Once you are connected to the internet, you can see detailed information about the connection in the left-hand area of Home. The following information is displayed:

• Operator or access point in use.
• Duration of the current internet connection.
• Amount of data transferred during the current internet connection
