Windows 10: Computer recently keeps crashing, and also giving frequent ssd spikes.

I have had my SSD spiking and in result, the computer often freezes for a second or two for the past 2 months. Recently I have updated the BIOS in hopes of fixing the problem. However, after updating the BIOS my computer is now crashing every hour, sometimes 30 minutes, and I am getting these event IDs every time it crashes. Everytime it crashes, I get a sudden cut to black on my monitor and my PC fans go slower. The computer reboots itself.My SSD is at 95% SMART health, although it is a cheap chinese brand, Fanxiang. Operating system SSD frequently spikes to 100% usage, lagging the computer

I've recently been noticing random performance drops in my computer, and I noticed that they correlate to spikes in usage with one of my drives, specifically an SSD containing the operating system. I've tried to solve this issue by defragmenting drives, running disk checks and the system file checker, and even reinstalling windows completely, but to no avail. All of this has led me to believe that it's a hardware problem, and the only thing that I could think of that could possibly be causing this is a new monitor that I got. I'm using DisplayPort with the new monitor instead of HDMI, and I have a higher resolution and refresh rate than I did before. Admittedly, I never really checked my disk usage prior to the performance problems, so I have no idea of knowing if this problem was present prior to the monitor switch, but I know that the issue became much more apparent after the monitor switch. Nothing I've seen online suggests that 100% disk usage could be related to the resolution or the refresh rate, but I'm at a loss as to what the issue could be. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

Microsoft Solitaire Collection keeps crashing.

Frequently during a Solitaire game the busy icon appears for a few seconds before the game shuts down completely. On restart the game continues from almost the same point. The crashes have only started recently (latest Windows update?)

Following posted advice I ran the Windows Store Apps trouble shooter and reset the app four times but each time the app continues to crash. The next step 'Detecting additional problems' initially listed 'hanging or crashing apps' as 'could not be fixed'.
Two times ago it reported 'fixed' and the last time 'Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem'; 'Give feedback on this problem', hence this report.

Any suggestions?
