Windows 10: Computer recognizes mouse and shows cursor, but doesn’t let me click on anything.

It lets me click on anything I want on the home page. But when I click on something in the task bar or try to click on anything in a tab, nothing happens. Any help is much appreciated

No mouse cursor

Hi,

It is possible that the system did not recognize the mouse of your computer after it booted up. This can be the reason why you do not see the mouse cursor. Kindly perform a power cycle to refresh the power of the computer. To do this, follow these steps:

• Shutdown the computer.
• After shutting it down, remove the battery (if you're using a laptop) and disconnect the computer from the charger.
  
• Wait for 1 minute.
• After 1 minute, attach the battery and turn on the computer.
• Check if you will see the mouse cursor.

Let us know how it goes.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
