Windows 10: Computer requesting a certificate which seemed to get removed by someone GetCACaps: Not Found

Hello! My Computer seems to have some kind of problem with a certificate. At first i ran:- sfc /scannow- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /RestorehealthThen i thought its a hardware problem so i ran:- Windows Memory Diagnostic- memtest86 Both found no issues. Then i tried to update the chip-set driver by my OEM - ASUS but there wasn't an update and then i went and got the chip-set drivers from AMD directly. This still didn't fix it.My Laptop Specs:Model is ASUS FA506II Bios version: 316AMD Ryzen 7 4800h with AMD Radeon Graphics16GB of RAM 3200mhzNvidia GTX 1650 TIM.2 SSD by Western DigitalHere

I installed windows 22H2 I play online one day ok another day GetCACaps so I have to reset the computer do you know how to solve this problem or not I'm not the only one who has this problem

GetCACaps: Not Found + BSOD on Startup

Is it really coincident?

I found the string from Event Viewer after suffering four BSOD. The timestamp shows that the error occurred when BSOD happens.

I didn't have this BSOD problem so far but now I'm having the issue on my Windows 11 OS.
