Windows 10: Computer requires a password and internet access to log in. Have no internet. How to bypass...

I just found that my 92 year old mother-in-law's computer MicroSoft operating system requires a password and internet access to log in. She has no internet as all she does is play solitaire on her computer. How can she bypass the password to access her computer games? Can't get past this to access any setup options. She doesn't understand why she can not use her computer....and she is not computer literate.

I use a Microsoft account and a PIN. I definitely don't need internet access to use it to log on - only the first time it was required.

 

No internet access

Im working on helping someone get there computer set up on my network, but i cant get it to get internet. The computer connects to the network, has full signal bars, but no internet access.

Whats ive tried to far
flushing dns
restarting router
ipconfig commands

everything ive looked at seems like it should work, but im getting nowhere. Any1 have any thoughts on this

 

Password Protecting the Internet on Shared Computer

Working as an I.T. Assistant for a public business my boss wants me to start password protecting the internet on all staff computers. Recently, somebody in the public was able to access questionable material on my computer, due to it being located in the public, while I was away from work. My boss asked me to find a way to password protect the internet on all staff computers, for each staff member who shares a computer. The boss wants to be able to see who signed onto the Internet and what websites they accessed without requiring them to switch users on the computer. How can I go about doing this in Windows 10, what special programs can I use to do this?
