I use a Lenovo Legion Y530 that has had Windows 10. After experiencing some performance issues and attempting many solutions that did nothing, I decided to do a factory reset on the laptop. Reset stuck on 64%

Im trying to reset my computer but it Doesn't work. It is stuck on 64% telling me it installing windows but it's keep restarting al the time.

First question is If I shut down the computer now will this "hurt" the leptop?

Second question is can I reset the computer without USB/DVD?

please help me I'm lost

I have this exact issue at the moment. The factory reset is stuck at 64% and no, the answer given wasn't very helpful AT ALL. The screen is still stuck at 64%, what's the next step i should take? Should i manually force the PC to shut down and start it back
up? Urgent, thanks.
