    i think there is something wrong with my laptop i cant use the camera and cant access some things and ive tried everything to reset it and it still says there was an error resetting it i just want to reset the entire thing and wipe it clean

    It all depends on the rest of your systems. List system specs, although eidairaman's suggestion will work too.

    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

    Will the rest of the platforms on my computer be okay if I switch out of S-mode?: I cannot connect to my schools wifi while in S-mode.
