Windows 10: Computer restart although a click on shutdown

Discus and support Computer restart although a click on shutdown in Windows 10 Performance & Maintenance to solve the problem; If I click on Shut down (see attached picture) my computer restarts.     computer will not shutdown or restart.

    Try clearing page file at shutdown:
    CAUTION: This dramatically slows down shutdown times but hopefully it solves your problem.
