Windows 10: Computer restarting at random times when browsing, in idle, but never while in game.

Hello,Encountering this annoying issue where my PC would randomly restart and it happens now for a few months, every day i use PC, but while i play games it never happens unless i alt tab browsing. It started when i replaced my GPU from 1070 to 4080, but am not sure if GPU is the problem if it works fine in games under 100% loads. Explain what you already tried.Replaced PSU in case it was fault. Same model, but was given another brand new one.Updated bios to latest version.Include system information.Intel i7-12700KFMSi RTX 4080 SuprimHyperX 16x2GB DDR4 RAMCorsair XH1000 PSUMSi PRO Z690-A WIFI

when you start the computer up press F8 repeatedly until you get a list of how to start windows, choose do not automatically restart on system failure. if your getting bsod's list what your getting here so we can further help you. IF the system is not getting bsod's and still restarting as you say then i would look into getting a line conditioner for your computer as you might be having power issues.
