Windows 10: Computer restarting randomly no BSOD

My computer will work for hours at a time then randomly restart with no BSOD, screen goes black then just instantly boots again, I tried to update windows from 10 to 11 which seemed to prevent the crashed for about a day or 2 but they have now returned. I also tried to completely reset my PC wiping all files and reinstalling everything again prevented it for about a day or 2, as well as reseating my ram and trying them in different slots.As the crashes go on they seem to get more frequent, typically when I'm playing games however sometimes just generally.Any help greatly appreciated. And as for everything else: the BIOS has been updated, power plan was changed to High Performance, Speccy was installed, and I've done some reading on the driver verifier.

Random restarts

when you start the computer up press F8 repeatedly until you get a list of how to start windows, choose do not automatically restart on system failure. if your getting bsod's list what your getting here so we can further help you. IF the system is not getting bsod's and still restarting as you say then i would look into getting a line conditioner for your computer as you might be having power issues.
