Windows 10: Computer restarts and ends up on blue screen with “system service exception” instead of...

I tried having this probkem resolved but it keeps coming back. At first it was thought to be a ram error but then apparently it was a driver error. I reinstalled the driver and I thought that fixed the problem. My computer still gets the blue screen when I try to put it to sleep and sometimes when I restart it it “turns off”. I put that in quotes because the monitor remains off but my pc is still on. I think it could be a disk drive error and ive already ordered a new one because I can hear my boot drive making weird clanking sounds sometimes.
