Windows 10: Computer running slow/freezing

HelloI checked everything task manager, AMD Softwarehardware stats and i dont have anything open and hardware stats are on low% so everything fine cpu not overheating or anything. i have 10gb free on C-Drive idk if thats enough.Now the problem: My computer was running perfectly fine, no lag no nothing.Now since arround 1 or 2 months my pc keeps getting worse and worse and i dont know why. Programms like blender and ableton live keep crashing and laggine/freezing which wasnt the case before.If you have any idea why pls tell me and if it is the C-Drive pls tell me how to clean up space wit
