Windows 10: Computer running windows 10 Pro keeps freezing after June 2020 update

After the June 2020 update to windows 10 My Surface Studio 2 Pro freezes up after about 2 hours use. I have ran the surface troubleshooting tool and found no problems with the system itself. Also ran all diagnostic tool available and still nothing helps. Tried to do a reset to reinstall windows 10 Pro from the "Cloud," but computer freezes and can't factory reset. Any answers on how to resolve this.

Windows keeps freezing up

• When does Windows 10 hangs/freezes? Is it after logging in to Windows? Or is it when you are using an application?
• Are there any third-party applications installed on your computer?
• Did you upgrade to Windows 10 from a previous version of Windows? If yes, which version of Windows was previously installed on your computer?

Windows 10 keeps freezing my computer randomly

I have done these boilerplate "solutions" so many times the computer almost does them by itself.

It does appear that Microsoft is making some small effort on the problem (without even admitting that it exists). Over the past 18 months I have noticed:

• the interval between freezes has improved from about every 2 operating hours to about 12 hours, on average
• the hard reset after a freeze no longer throws Win10 into one of its weird states from which it used have great difficulty recovering. Now when a freeze happens I can do power off, wait, power on and get a normal startup.

So keep up the good work, guys. Our great-great-great-grandchildren will thank you for it.
