I got my new pc back when the year started, and transferred my old windows 10 license using the account connection way where you transfer licenses that your MS account owns and transfer it to another pc the MS account is logged into. Now when I noticed that the time zone was off, I went to change it and it said "Some of these settings are managed by your organization." Now I've never logged into one of those types of accounts on my pc, nor is my MS account an organization/school account. I did use MS family when my family didn't want me to buy random things off MS store or when I didn't have m

M-Audio M-Track 2x2 Not Recognized by my computer.

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

We appreciate the research and troubleshooting you have done, this issue could be from the software end or from the hardware itself.

Please try few of the troubleshooting below to further eliminate the root cause of the issue.

    1. Try to connect the device with a different USB and check if that helps.
    2. Connect the M-track to different computer and check if you still face the issue there, if the issue persists, it could be caused by hardware.

    Method 1:

    1. Press Windows + R key on your keyboard together, and type
      control printers.
    2. You will see list of all the devices and printers connected to your computer.
    3. Click on Add a device and follow the onscreen instruction and add your device.

    Method 2:

    1. Uninstall
      all the M-Track drivers
      from device manager.
    2. Reboot the computer and check.

    Method 3:

I suggest you login to the manufacturer site,
download the drivers for your registered device
    and
    install it.

If you still face the issue, I suggest you to get in touch with the
manufacturer and get the hardware checked once.

    Hope it helps.

  3. Pentium M

Not sure what I'm looking at. Though when I do go to Options and then CPU it lists my CPU
as Intel Pentium M processor 1.73 GHz, and then under that it lists speed: 799.9 MHz
and then features and cache size.I ran the benchmark test and don't understand all
those numbers, but while testing I checked CPUZ and it still says it is running at 800 MHz.

Windows 11 not supporting multiple M.2 Drives?

I have put it to the OEM that they have a hardware issue. They have replied maintaining that the issue also has to do with Win 11 as they do not have the same problem on Win 10! See their response below. Is this something that Microsoft folks need to be aware of?

"RMA’s have confirmed this works with windows 10, so it is not a hardware limitation.

Due to the nature of the motherboards on laptops, these take much longer to be updated as we have to wait for the manufacturers overseas to contact us with BIOS updates.

This is likely going to be the fix for this chassis with windows 11, but as windows 11 has not been fully released at the moment there is still issues like this that we are seeing.

It could also be a windows 11 issue, at this moment in time our RMA’s just know that two M.2 drives don’t work on this particular chassis on windows 11."
