Windows 10: computer screen black not normal black screen plz hurry and help

So basically i was playing a game and my screen wouldnt work so like a **** i started mashing buttons on my keyboard.

the first time i did it the problem wasnt so bad my game was stuckin fullscreen so again like a **** retard i mashed it now everything looks like this help plz my moms gonna be pissed. did i mention when you hover over anything in the hotbar or whatever its a different color.

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
