Windows 10: Computer Screen Goes Black For a Few Seconds OR Bluescreens

Hi. I've had my computer for just over a year now, and recently I've started to have this weird issue.So, this error happens at a random time, it could happen after 10 minutes or 10 hours. What happens is I will be using my computer, and randomly the screen will go black and the audio will cut out. Then, after 3 seconds, the screen will come back on, but any videos games I had open and any video streams that were playing will all crash. For example, I would be watching a video on YouTube, and after the black screen goes away from the error, the YouTube video will be gone and I'll have to refre
