Windows 10: Computer screen won't turn on unless we unplug it several times

    Computer screen won't turn on unless we unplug it several times


    Hi and sorry for my english.My girlfriend's computer screen got a strange problem. Everytime she started it since three days, the screen remains black. If she press the power button, it goes on then shutdown immediatly by itself. Everytime we try to unplug it and we figured out that removing the hdmi cable from the pc and pluging it in several times make it work. We tried to update her video drivers whitout success. To be more precise, the screen got a VGA port, so a VGA cable who then go to a VGA to HDMI adapter. The computer then got an HDMI port.Thanks for you help

    I unplugged my computer to soon and now it won´t start up again?

    This solution did not solve my problem since my computer won´t power up at all. it is as if the computer is completely dead and I have tried different outlets that work for other computers but it still won´t power up.

    Is my motherboard broken?

    Yesterday was reading on it. All of a sudden turned off and now it won´t turn on
