Windows 10: computer screen wont turn on when powering on or waking from sleep, and blue screen comes...

hi, I bought a new laptop back in December. Its a aorus gigabyte 15 xe5. At first there wasn't an issue, everything worked great for a couple days. when i turn my computer on or try to wake it from sleep the backlit keyboard comes on and the fan comes on but the screen turn on. I have to hard boot the computer a couple of times before the screen will turn on and begin the start up. Sometimes the computer will turn on and work like nothing is wrong, for a day, a couple of days, sometimes only once, then back to the same issue. sometimes I hard boot the computer like sixty times before the scree

Screen (and computer) fail to come on when switch is activated

Often, but not always, when I wake my computer, either from off, or sleep, only the light and fan come on. If I cut the power completely, then first turn on the screen, then turn on the computer, it will operate correctly. Any suggestions ?

Wrong configuration power settings may be the possible reason why your screen won't turn on after sleep. To isolate your issue, we'd like to know if you've made any recent changes prior to this issue.
