Windows 10: Computer showing no wifi options

Hi ! I’ve been trying to log into my computer, but when I do it tells me I’m offline. When I go to look for wifi options, it’s just a blank grey box and the only option is airplane mode.I’ve tried to use another sign in option, but it takes me to a website which then tells me I need wifi to use. There are no wifi options. I’ve tried to log into my computer using safe mode, but when I do it tells me “Your credentials could not be verified.” When I try to log in with a different log in method with safe mode, the option for logging in with a different method does not show up. Help! Data partition not showing under my computer

This is happening on a windows 2000 server. Our second partition of the system, for data is not showing under my computer. Here are the properties of it in disk management:





Now under logical drives its listed as F and shows free space available.

Suggestions on how to fix this?

WiFi and Bluetooth Options Disappeared from Device management

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.

  Press Windows key +X, select
  Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.
  

Step 2: You may follow the steps and check if it helps in resolving the issue, as the device might be hidden.

    Press Windows key + X.
    
  • 
    Click on Device Manager.
    
  • 
    Click on View.
    
  • 
    Click on Show
    Hidden Devices.
    
  • 
    Search for the Bluetooth device.
