  1. Computer shutdowns randomly

My computer shutdowns randomly, but mostly when I'm using browser both Edge and Chrome. I tested my PSU using multimeter and it's seems fine, I also tried benchmarking my PC and my computer didn't shutdown, so I assume it's not hardware issue. When I entered safe mode the issue fixed and didn't shutdowns randomly. I tried to update windows, drivers, and also reinstall the windows but the issue still there. Please help me, I've been fixing my computer for months. Thank you for respond.

    :)

  2. The computer shutdown itself restart?

    Hi Tín,

A computer can shutdown based on the instructions given to its power settings. If you are using a laptop, there’s an option that when you are just closing a lid, it can shutdown your computer.
To ensure that we can provide the appropriate resolution to your concern, we’d like to ask you a few questions:

    • What were the recent changes made on your computer before you experienced this issue?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    • What activity are you performing that may trigger to shutdown your computer?
    • Can you provide us a screenshot of your power settings?
    • Are you using a laptop or desktop computer?

We’re looking forward to your response.

    Computer shutdowns randomly

    PC is Suffering Unexpected Shutdowns

Underclocking his ram may be foolish, but it's almost certainly not going to cause the computer to shutdown randomly IMO.
