Windows 10: Computer shuts off due to bugcheck

Hello,


My computer shuts down randomly when idle never when I'm using it and I can't figure out what is going on.


Event Viewer gives me this: The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007f 0x0000000000000008, 0xfffff8036382ae70, 0xfffff8036380f000, 0xfffff8035fc52200. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 64d70331-7611-4226-ae23-af0e9ee915c8.

• Did you try booting the computer in Safe mode and check if the issue persists?

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck

I have setup of windows server 2012 cluster machines.any one of the machine is always rebooting from bugcheck with below error coad.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000094, 0xfffff801dac14256, 0xffffd001d794db30, 0x0000000000000011). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 021219-123437-01.

please suggest a solution for this i am frustrated due to this issue now..
