sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn't, but its while playing games. I've had this issue before but the minidump file reads differently this time, not to mention I was playing I much less demanding game this time aroundminidump file reads:VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL 10eThe video memory manager encountered a condition that it can't recover from. By crashing, the video memory manager is attempting to get enough information into the minidump such thatsomebody can pinpoint what lead to this condition.Arguments:Arg1: 0000000000000037, The subtype of the BugCheck:Arg2: 000000000

  2. Seemingly random shut downs.

Okay heres EXACTLY, what I have in my comp.

    Socket 939 Evga NF4 x16 SLi
AMD 939 X2 3800 @ 2.70Ghz Stock Volts (now on stock volts as percaution vs shutdowns)
All In One Thermaltake Silentwater CPU Cooler Water Cooler, + 5 120mm Fans
    2 GB ram (2 x 512 corsair, 2 x 512 gigaram)
    x1300 128mb hyper crap
    1 250gb SATA-II 7,200 RPM, + 1 500gb SATA-II 7,200 RPM(RMAed b/c it failed), 1 250 GB IDE-133,
    1 Benq DVD/combo drive

    Antec P180B
    Audigy 2 ZS
    And Hauppauge PVR-250

Okay so heres the issue, when running in my windows x64 enviroment I experience random shut downs. Upon the shut down I need to then let the PSU's capacitors drain by, unplugging it then holding power button. After that the rig turns back on. Originally I thought I was having a PSU issue My Ultra 500 Watt was running for years strong no issues at all. But now I am thinking it is possibly the mobo. Or even my case power switch? I'm also suspicious of my Audigy 2 zs, b/c at one point while plugging in my 5.1 to it, it was not screwed in and created a brilliant spark of white/blue light then it touched my tv tuner. (they both appear to work fine, but now my sound pops periodically).

First trouble shooting step I took was swapping the PSU, I put in a older 420 turbolink psu that I got with some case way back. It should be more than enough to handle my current setup, but the problem persists. I have also removed and relocated my PCI cards, reinstalled the drivers for all of them. They all appear to be 100% functional. I also have tried reducing power req as much as possible by unplugging everything I didnt need plugged in. Unplugged fan controller + all fans except watercooling fan. Removed PCI cards(which I'm going to try again) and unplugged all unneeded HD's, cd drives. But the problem still persists, does this point to my mobo being shot? It still boots and runs fine, other than the random shut downs.

I'm pretty lost here on what to do.

Computer randomly turns off and the fans start speeding up fast.

When I am playing games, my computer randomly turns off and the fan start spinning super-fast. It happens randomly and usually a few times during the day. This has been happening throughout the week.
