Windows 10: Computer slows down after being afk

Hello,I'm having problems with my laptop lately, probably something to do with harddisk. 5 days ago my computer was slowed down really bad. I had a message like "fixing c: stage 1... " when I turned on my computer. This process took more than 1 hour.Now when I go afk for a while and comeback, It slows down heavily. And usually, after being afk a "clinking sound" comes like every 2-3 second from the place where harddisk is placed. Desktop very slow after being afk

I don't know if this happens to someone else but when going afk for about 30 minutes and comeback for the PC , the desktop gets very slow almost impossible to use and also when open something like Steam, steam gets invisible for a while and when writing
something on steam it does not update like if i wasn't writting anything.

Already tried to Restart explorer.exe and still the same, the only way i found was Restarting the PC.

Is there any way to fix this permanently?
