    Computer stopped talking to Cricut explore


    I have a cricut explore, and have been using it for years. Now for some unexplained reason the machine will not work. It tells me to connect the machine. When I go to device manager, ports, it shows the machine, and says the device is working properly. I have contacted the cricut help desk ,and after trying a number of things, they say it has something to do with a micro soft update. and for me to contact micro soft and see it there is a fix for this?Please tell me there is a fix

    Design Space - switch from using Cricut Joy to Cricut Explore Air 2

    Good day myjana! I am Independent Advisor Paul R. and also a Microsoft/Windows user like you and I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. I understand that you are trying to switch in using Cricut Joy to Cricut Explore Air 2.

    Have you already connected your Cricut Explore Air 2 from your PC previously?

    For you to be able to switch, you will need to pair the other device first and go to your bluetooth and other devices settings on your PC to toggle between the two and you can go over the link below for a guide from Cricut.
