Windows 10: computer strangley not responding

i bought my new computer around 4 months ago. its a windows 11 pc and the windows key i purchased from a trustworthy website for a huge discount. last month i went on a month vacation and left my pc unplugged. when i came back and plugged my PC the problem arose. moving my mouse works, i can see it moving around regularly. but i cannot click anything, and usually when you hover over an app there is a gray outline, it doesnt show. the keyboard works regularly. a strange thing i discovered is through a shortcut in my keyboard i can enter terminal, and when the computer asks me if i give permissi

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
