Windows 10: Computer stuck and unable to change

So it's like a time loop. No matter what I do on the computer, when it powers down everything is undone. Event viewer logs are missing, deleted files are back, applications that updated before update again.I scanned with anti-virus. Scan is completed instantly but reports the scan took 4+ hours and no issues.I try resetting the pc, but when the restart hits the pc boots up normally forgetting the reset. Tried from USB but the drives are not able to install windows. So I cleaned the drives, but as soon as I make a partition, the drive repopulates all of the old partitions. Disk Checker re

Might I suggest you simply build a computer, making notes and taking pictures step by step. Most people (probably including your teacher) have no idea even where to start building a computer. You'll do fine, and if you get stuck we're here to help ya out! *Toast :toast:

I suggest you check if you are able to boot into Windows Recovery Environment using installation media. Follow the steps provided below and check.

• • Insert the installation USB and boot Windows 10 from it.
  • In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’ and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.
  • Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select ‘Troubleshoot’.

Check if you are able to boot to this window. If you are unable to boot to this window, I suggest you to contact the manufacturer and check.
