Windows 10: Computer stuck on Lock Screen and wont allow me to factory reset, “ the user profile...

I recently tried performing a factory reset to my computer, while the computer was resetting at 50% it started saying “undoing changes” after this my computer went back to the Lock Screen and whenever I would try to put in my password for my account I would get a error saying “the user profile service failed to sign in” I’ve tried entering through safe mode but all I get is a infinite loading “welcome”.

Lock screen image stuck

hello,

I have one PC stuck with the mountains lock screen image and another one with a nicer but still stuck image with the "thanks for sending us feedback" caption, usually there's do you like yes or not.

Is it a problem on MS end this time? I tried the reset steps so many times, usually after 10-15 minutes the lock screen picks up when there's the mountain one for any reason, but not this time.

Can’t load user profile after factory reset.

I’ve seen posts with the same problem. I just performed a factory reset, it finished resetting and showed me the same sign in screen I normally see. I go and try to put in my pin, and it says “The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded”. The thing is every solution says sign into a different profile, but this is the only profile I have on this laptop. I’m stuck on the sign in screen and can’t do anything. Need help asap, have finals tomorrow. Windows 10

 

User profile failed the sign in/factory reset undoing changes

I recently have factory resetted my laptop. But after the reset, my previous account is still buy and when I try to sign in, I get the “user profile failed the sign.” I do not have a guest account so I’m stuck with the sign in screen. I have tried to factory reset but it keeps on undoing changes after hitting the 40% mark.
