Windows 10: Computer stuck on Marlotte font, and search bar not opening.

I don't know how it happened but my computer is stuck on the Marlotte font, I don't know how to change fonts but I watched some youtube videos and it doesn't work. I also can't go to my search bar and restarted my computer several times. Everything I try doesn't work, what should I do? I also cant access screenshot taker because of my search bar.

also before all of these things happened, I has fiddling with my screen resolution and kept switching screens from landscape to portrait and right after that, I rested my PC and it changed my fonts to Marlotte and it doesn't let me go into my search bar and my windows button

I didn't make a restore point in my whole experience using this computer so I can't restore, so what should I do instead of restoring? Can I delete the Marlotte font?
