Windows 10: Computer Stuck on Network on fresh install of windows 10 and their no Skip option

Hi, I have recently installed a fresh windows 10 and when I am going through the setup it wont let me get past the internet section even when I try bypass connecting via CD with the command taskkill /IM OOBENetworkConnectionFlow.exe /f but it just keeps looping and doesn't let me continue and also I can even use aeroplane mode to sort this matter out btw I also have tried a fresh install multiple times and comes to the same bit everytime, please Help asap, I need my laptop for college.

Fresh USB Windows 10 Install - Failing

I am trying to install a fresh copy (reformatted the hard disk) of windows 10 using a USB

• Created an installation media on a USB flash drive (Win 10 pro) from this page https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
• Changed the boot order on the other PC so that it boots using USB
• Selected custom install
• Installing Windows goes through the following steps successfully: Copying Windows Files, Getting Files ready for installation, Installing features, Installing updates and before the last step (Finishing up), it restarts
• Then it goes back to the start of the installation steps

I am stuck and have read numerous posts but don't know what to do to install a fresh copy of Win 10.

 

Windows 10 Hardware change

MS dosnt seem that bothered about activation any more.. a fresh install asks for codes but includes skip and do it later options.. the end result seems to be a fully activated windows.. getting everybody on windows 10 seem to be their priority..

you can make an install disk using the mediacreation tool.. just select the skip and do it later options whilst installing and i am pretty sure you will end up with a fully activated windows..
