Windows 10: Computer Stuck on Reboot & only routes to Windows Boot Manger

I tried to wipe my computer clean and factory reset my ASUS laptop... its just a few years old. The computer took about a day to completely wipe and ever since, its been restarting the computer & will not pass the inital “ASUS, In Search of Incredible” screen. The loading spinning wheel only spins 1.5 times before the computer shuts off and automatically reboots again.


This seems to be a common problem with Windows 10, and while I have tried just about every suggestion... it still will not start. :


I have tried:

1 simply turning off and turning back on. It continues to reboot once powered on.

2 I have tried Hard resetting holding power button for 5-10 seconds and restarting. Continues to reboot. & no Help screen, or whatever is supposed to happen, appears

4 Ive left the computer powered off for a day

5 ive left the computer battery dead for a day

6 ive tried hard restarting and repeatedly hitting keys “F2, F1, F9, Escape... etc” as soon as it powers back on... the “Please Select Boot Device” screen appears on the Escape button with two options:

•Windows Boot Manager

•Enter Setup

This immediately leads to the BIOS Utility Screen EZ Mode

I’ve then hit “advanced menu” & enabling Secure Boot Control.


Still, unfortunately, nothing. Those are actually the only two screens that my laptop has done thus far... ASUS restart screen & BIOS Utility.


Please help if you have any other suggestions before i have to pay more money to fix :

Windows rebooting on logo after new motherboard/cpu

I was getting ready to suggest the same thing. Boot into safe mode and uninstall all the for everything. I would even go as far as going into device manger and cleaning everything out that is motherboard and cpu related. The reboot and let windows find what it can and install the drivers.

 

Stuck in Windows 10 Upgrade

My computer seems to be stuck in a Windows 10 failed upgrade loop. I was running fine on a beta version of Windows 10, and then I came downstairs one morning to see it repeatedly booting, attempting to repair, then rebooting. The steps I've taken to diagnose are:

• Attempting to boot off a USB drive (with all drives disabled in BIOS) - this fails at the point of the blue windows screen
  
• Attempting to boot the machine itself and getting into "repair/safe mode" using F7
  
• Looking at the BIOS for obvious failures (e.g. RAM that should be there is missing) - nothing obvious is wrong.
  

I am fairly certain the build version was 9926. For many months, the system would attempt to upgrade, and then say "it failed" for some reason and roll back.

Suggestions for next steps?
