Windows 10: Computer stuck resetting at 10 percent

    Computer stuck resetting at 10 percent


    I'm doing a full drive reset but its been stuck at 10 percent for the last hour. Is this normal?

    Toshiba Satellite Laptop stuck during reset at 64 percent.

    Toshiba Satellite Laptop stuck during reset at 64 percent. Keeps repeating it's at 64 percent. I do not have any restart materials. Such as a USB drive with files on it or a DVD or cdrom

    Windows 10 working on updates stuck at 74 percent

    Hi!
    After resetting my asus laptop I update the windows and stuck on working on updates at 74 percent.. I tried turning on and off the laptop but still when you reach 74 percent it stuck and its been 7 hours and nothing happen, no blinking light also on the updates
    icon on the computer. Thanks

    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
