Windows 10: Computer suddenly freezes

Dear Microsoft Support Team,For the past few weeks, I've had a strange situation with my Laptop - it would start to crash and after a minute max, the whole screen would not be responsive. I cannot access the task manager, using CRL+SHIFT+DEL doesn't work as well.Initially I though it was due to the GPU overheating or running out of RAM, but I had cases where the Laptop would freese while I am not doing anything besides watching a youtube video. It has always happened after several hours of usage, with usually some time when it is put in "sleep" regime. I checked the Event viewer and saw many

Computer Hard Freezes Randomly - No Error logs or Memory dumps


I posted on Sevenforums a few days ago regarding this issue:

I was suggested to check for temps (all were normal) and perform a clean install of Windows 10 (I had upgraded from Windows 7). I had another hard freeze today similar to the ones I was having before. The issue is back and I'm unsure of what to do next. Is this no longer a software issue if reinstalling the OS was unsuccessful?
