Windows 10: Computer suddenly switched to windows 11 education

So I logged onto my school's Microsoft Teams account on my personal computer, and now my Windows 11 has changed to Windows 11 Education, which cannot be activated, and my computer has forced me to change my password. This has made my very pissed off because I cannot find a way to revert everything and basically just kick them off my computer.

How can I move from Windows 11 Education to Pro?

I used Windows 11 Education for work but now I gave the computer to my son and I want to move to Pro.

I bought a product key and tried the steps listed here but it didn't work. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Can I move from Windows 11 Education to Home or Pro

A while ago I built myself a new computer and was able to get Windows 10 Education for free. At the time it seemed that I was able to login with my Microsoft account. Unfortunately my hard disk died and I had to reinstall Windows. At the time I moved to a different university, but was still able to get Windows 10 Education. However, this time around I could not use my personal Microsoft account anymore, and it had to be my university account. Since then I upgraded that system to Windows 11, but of course it's still the Education edition.

Recently an issue with my university account stopped me from accessing the account anywhere - including my home computer. Thus I was suddenly locked out of my personal computer for nearly a week. As you can imagine I'm now looking to dump Windows 11 Education ASAP and move to either home or pro - home most likely. My question is whether I can move from Windows 11 Education to Home, without having to reinstall the whole system.

As it is, I have a lot of personal stuff on my hard disk, including heavily modded games and I would hate to have to redo all that work. Hence I'd rather not reinstall everything.

Is it possible to switch from Windows 11 Education to Home without reinstalling Windows from scratch? Any help is appreciated....
