Windows 10: Computer suffering intermittent blue screens with a variety of error codes

Hello, about once every one to two weeks for the past few months, my computer seems to throw a bluescreen and then, after restarting, just chug along with no other apparent problems.I've seen a few different errors, among the recent ones:UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAPINTERRUPT_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLEDBAD_POOL_HANDLERand a few others, but those are the 3 most recent ones. I've replaced my RAM and updated my HDD firmware, and my drivers are up to date as far as I can tell. The crashes seem to strike somewhat randomly, with some of them happening when I'm just browsing random sites and listening to you

Before we proceed I would like you to answer the following question:

• 
  What is the make and model of your computer?
  
• 
  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
