Windows 10: Computer takes so long to shut down why?

When I shut down my computer I press shutdown and then after. 5 sec the screen goes black but it takes almost 3 extra minutes for the tower to turn off. Why is this?? Is it normal? I just built this computer has a b450 m a pro MB and a 5500 ryzen 32 GB ram 1200watt psu 1070 8gb. I have 2 HDD 1 SSD and a m.2 drive. my windows 10 yes I know but my drive was stuck on mbr when I made the new build so had to go with win 10 seeing as 11 won't let u use mbr gotta use gpt is on my 500 GB HDD only because it was only drive i had at time. Anyone have any idea why this cud be takin so long for the

Computer not booting to desktop, stuck at Restarting screen

The issue might occur if the system is not Shut down properly. As you have already tried restarting the system several times, I suggest you to perform a Power Drain by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Turn Off the computer and remove the power cable.
• Long press the Power button for 15-20 seconds.
• Plug in the power cable and switch on the computer.

• Shut down the Computer.
• Remove all power source (including battery if it is a laptop).
• Press and hold the power button for 15-20 seconds.
• Connect the power source and start the computer.
• After the computer boots to the desktop, suggest you to install all the pending updates.
