Windows 10: Computer Timing Out

I am on W10 V 1709 and my last update was 7 Feb. For some reason my system is timing out after starting in about 10 min. How do I correct this ?? Thanks

Internet timing out

Hello recently I've had this problem for 2 months where there is no internet secured on it.and sometimes it says it's connected but I still get the thing where it's not connected even more strangely when the wifi is connected the homepage doesn't load but
when it's disconnected with no internet the homepage loads.

Here is a list of things I tried

Reset the router and modem

Disabled ipv6

Set static dns

Ip release/renew

Flushed the dns

Cleared the cache (this made it worse to where I could no longer access google.)

Ran 4 antivirus programs

Ran an antimalware

Reset adapters

Reset dns

And unblocked wifi from Windows defender though I'm not entirely certain what programs to look for.

And disabled quick startup

I fear my wifi card might be going but I'm not sure because I sometimes am able to ping the router but other times I get connection times out 100 percent loss.

What exactly do you mean by "timing out?"

 

The screen remains as is but the internet connection is gone

 

Try to right click the ethernet/wireless logo in the system tray and begin the troubleshooting. It should reset your connection. You may also want to update the driver for it. Could be IP or gateway conflict or something.
