Windows 10: Computer USB Device Connected sound spam

so just the other day i turned on my computer to hearing the noise of a USB being plugged in and unplugged, it would happen like 10-15 times per minute and it was very loud and obnoxious and after googling the issue i could not find a fix and i saw that one user just turned off the sound it makes when you plug in a USB so it wouldn't do it anymore. I did the same and I've noticed some stuttering in games, its definitely not my hardware as its not even 2 weeks old and they're all top of the line parts and this issue only started when this stupid error started happening. Ive also tried reseating the usb connectors on my motherboard to no avail. I would keep getting a notification on the bottom right saying "USB Device Not Recongnized" along with this sound and no i am sort of lost. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You may receive this error if one of your USB connected devices is not properly recognized by the system. Let's try the troubleshooting steps provided by
Krishna Prasobh V on this
thread.

In addition, we suggest that you turn off the notifications from the USB by following these steps:

• Open Settings by typing "settings" in Cortana's search box.
• Click on Devices.
• Locate USB and toggle the switch to Off.

connect/disconnect sounds

Hi,

The issue with connect/disconnect sounds could be due to the following:

• Loose mouse, keyboard, monitor or USB connector

Does USB connection improve SOUND?

Hey guys,
I bought a USB device that allows me to put my pink and green leads " from my speakers and my headset mic " I connected them in and put it in my USB device and my sound seems pretty different! I am uncertain if it is better or worse?? But I normally had a hard time hearing music from my left speakers until I connected them to a USB device instead..now I hear the right and left perfectly!! It appears better but I am also not sure what the story is?

Is the USB connection better??

I also have a sound card..is this making my sound card not being used??? since the connections are no longer plugged into the sound card??
