Windows 10: computer using 70%+ of my memory & memory keeps freezing

i have 2 problems with my laptop's memory and they might be connected but idk im not an expertproblem 1: my laptop is using 70%+ of my memory available even though I have around 10.4 GB available only around 5.5 GB are being used edge uses 434.5 MB = 8.2% of total memory available, 434.5/0.082 = ~5,500 MB I have a few task manager screenshots that back me up but i can't figure out how to add themproblem 2: my memory occasionally freezes for a minute or so mostly happens when not chargingself explanatory i thinkif anyone has an answer to either id rlly appreciate it thanks
