Windows 10: Computer very slow and showing blank screen at Windows Security

I am running Windows 10 and today my pc is acting extremely slow and I have cleared cache and all the general steps. When I look in my Task Manager it was showing a couple of programs that were constantly getting very high in the power usage area. Also, I dont know if it is related but now when I got into Windows Security I cant see my apps on there anymore, its completely blank, like a white screen. Is this due to a virus or something or did something else cause this is and how can I fix this as soon as possible?

Mapped network drive shows only blank screen


Umm that is not a blank screen. That is a blank Windows Explorer window. It is showing at the top that there is nothing in that folder. Suggest you try with another device to find out if that folder really does have something in it.

 

Help! Data partition not showing under my computer

This is happening on a windows 2000 server. Our second partition of the system, for data is not showing under my computer. Here are the properties of it in disk management:





Now under logical drives its listed as F and shows free space available.

Suggestions on how to fix this?
