Windows 10: computer was hacked and now cannot open as user blocked on sign in screen

My windows 11 laptop appears to have been hacked today and when I try to sign in I get a message "User blocked". I am using my old windows 10 laptop to communicate as it is the only access I have and it appears to be working just fine.

I suggest you to delete the corrupted files yourself and see if it helps to resolve the issue, please follow these steps:



1) Make sure your children are signed out of any monitored accounts.

2) Sign in with an administrator account and find the folder that contains the corrupted files.

There are two ways to do this. The easiest way is to enter the complete file path:

• 
  On the Start screen, type C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Parental Controls and press Enter.
  

• 
  If you’d rather open each folder individually, follow these steps:
  
  
  
  a. Go to This PC
  
  b. Open C:, open the ProgramData folder, open the
  Microsoft folder, open the Windows folder, and open the
  Parental Controls folder.
  

3) Delete all contents of the Parental Controls folder.

This will delete any corrupt files. Your settings will be downloaded again from familysafety.microsoft.com the next time you sign in.

How to make Windows 10 login Screen display users that are signed in

1. Press the Windows logo key + R simultaneously to open the Run box. Type cmd and press Enter.
2. When the Command Prompt window opens, type query user and press Enter. It will list all users that are currently logged on your computer.

I suggest you to sign out from the current user account, restart the computer and then sign in to the Administrator account to check if this helps
