Windows 10: computer will not connect to the national lottery app.

I recently changed from talktalk to vodafone for broadband. My lap top will no longer allow me to connect to the national lottery site. I, get messages like 'hmmm... this page is not available', or , 'connection refused'. I had an extensive dialogue with the N/lottery who believe the problem lies with my broadband connection. The app was working perfectly before I changed broadband suppliers. Further, I cannot connect on my linked android phone.

I am set up on the National Lottery site for email alerts when there is a rollover - all has been working well for months but recently these email notifications have been arriving several hours after the event, meaning I miss playing the lottery! I contacted
the National Lottery and they have confirmed that their notifications are sent out well in time - it's only emails from this site which appear to be arriving late. Any ideas as to what could be the problem? The emails are sent to my gmail.com account, and
I use Chrome

Glad to be of assistance, Brian. If you're using hotmail or a Microsoft account for email, it's possible that the mail from National Lottery gets filtered by your settings. However, I'm not entirely sure if this is the case with yours. All I can suggest
is to get in contact with Google Support as they may even have an explanation on why is this happening on your end. Here's a

Hi Ian, thanks for taking the time to answer - appreciate it. If as you say the mail servers may be out of sync with my mail account, wouldn't that affect all mail to my account? I am perplexed as to why it's only the National Lottery mail which is affected?

As regards Google support, I've already sent feedback via the settings route - is there a dedicated support route I can use please?
