Windows 10: Computer won’t boot properly

I built a new computer on my own for the first time and have had quite a bit of BSOD. I’ve been trying to solve them but I encountered one where I was told to delete an SRU file. After this I restarted my computer. It was restarting for a very long time, probably about 45-60 mins. I didn’t know why it was taking so long and I shut down my computer. When I boot it up now, Windows loads but then it just goes blank. My monitor does respond to it, I just have no visuals. I tried removing the GPU and just booting it with the motherboard alone but no resolution. Any help is grateful

computer won't boot but has power

Kursah, that 6 steps are granted it always boots at the 6th step (sometimes at the 4th) and I have to remove the ethernet cable every time otherwise I'll have to do countless steps, that's a fact. I do not have Wake On Lan set.
