Windows 10: Computer won't boot up, seems to be a problem during update

When I boot up my computer, an i7 notebook from HP out of warranty, it fails and takes me to the trouble shooting menu. It's got 16 Gb RAM, 500 Gb SSD, i7 6th Gen, and an Nvidea graphics card.I tried running the startup diagnostics, but it fails to run. I ran the BIOS diagnostics and get no SSD drive, memory or other errors.I tried stepping back to an earlier update, after entering my Bitlocker code and password, but it says there's an "Update Pending" and it can't go back.It seems like my only option is to reinstall windows and all my software, possibly keeping the personal files, which i

Kursah, that 6 steps are granted it always boots at the 6th step (sometimes at the 4th) and I have to remove the ethernet cable every time otherwise I'll have to do countless steps, that's a fact. I do not have Wake On Lan set.

 

I unplugged my computer to soon and now it won´t start up again?

This solution did not solve my problem since my computer won´t power up at all. it is as if the computer is completely dead and I have tried different outlets that work for other computers but it still won´t power up.

Is my motherboard broken?
