Windows 10: Computer wont boot up windows or bios

I was trying to turn on secure boot on an american megatrends bios and it saud to disable csm to be able to enable secure boot but when i changed the settings to uefi and uefi first and restarted it no longer boots into the bios or windows.

Thanks for your suggestions. But I got it working . Only thing what i had not tried was going from dp to hdmi and i got a picture. Then saved settings in bios..booted. Then i plugged all in even the dp cable , all good for now.

As the issue still persists, I suggest you to perform a “Startup Repair” using Windows 10 bootable DVD drive and check if that helps. Initiating repair from DVD may have different results.

Create a media creation tool on DVD and follow the steps below.

Once you have made the bootable USB or DVD drive, please follow the steps.

• 
  Insert the installation DVD and boot Windows 10 from it.
  
• 
  In the ‘Windows setup’
  page, select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’ and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.
  
• 
  Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select
  ‘Troubleshoot’.
  
• 
  Click on ‘Advanced options’ and select
  ‘Startup Repair'
  and select the operating system.
  

You might also require to change the boot priority in BIOS in order to allow the computer to boot from DVD.

Gigabyte 6950 1ghz computer won't boot

I did reset the bios (with the old card, with the 6950 it wont boot to bios screen even)
I didnt list it but my cpu is a core I5 540 2.6 with 2*2GB of corsair 1333

HDD irrelevent imho since a computer should boot to bios without one
